Centralized Monitoring Center

Designed by Inarc Design, the project won the International Asia Pacific Property Awards’ Best Office Interior in Hong Kong for 2012-2013. The project is situated in the largest landlord of Grade A commercial building in Central with an approximate 4,500 sq ft. The Centralized Monitoring Center is a one-of-a-kind facility that monitors and manages both the existing building systems and the daily tenant inquiries and requests within the company’s property portfolio.
